I was born in Angola and moved as a young boy to Portugal, where I began my ballet training at the conservatory in Lisbon at age 11.

There I also came into contact with many other styles of dance including jazz and contemporary. I studied partnering, improvisation and choreography. After concluding my studies in 2003, I performed with the ballet in Lisbon before going to Graz, Austria as a soloist. I continued as a soloist in Augsburg and Braunschweig and have performed as a guest artist in many countries.
